It sure was nice to wake up to clear
skies this morning. This is the type of weather we came here to experience.
We worshiped at Zion Lutheran Church this morning.
Every Sunday, they offer three services—a traditional early service, a blended
middle service and a contemporary late service. We attended the late service
and there were not as many people there as I had expected.
We found it interesting to see stuffed
animals scattered around the pews.
There is a beautiful memorial garden
with a bell tower at the entrance.
We stopped after church to find a cache to fill in this date on our geocaching calendar.
After lunch, we went for a bicycle
ride through our neighborhood. We intend to ride father and tomorrow, we need
to check with the guard to see how we can re-enter since our car has a
transponder affixed to the windshield to open the gate.
That is a PRETTY church! How was the service? Guess the fluffies are "quiet toys" to keep the littles quiet too.
